Sale of Bankruptcy Estate’s Interest in Real Property Consisting of the Single Family Residence Located at 1398 Davies Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90210 (the “Property”)
The Trustee proposes to sell the Property to the proposed buyer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 363 free and clear of liens and claims, for a purchase price of $2,700,000. The Property is being sold “as is,” “where-is” and “with all faults,” subject to higher and better bids. The sale is subject to Court approval. Overbidders must appear at the hearing on September 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1568 of the United States Bankruptcy Court, 15th Floor, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, California 90012 and deposit with the Trustee before or at the hearing a cashier’s check in the amount of $81,000 payable to “Carolyn A. Dye, as Chapter 7 trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Fatemeh V. Mahdavi.” The minimum overbid amount is $2,710,000, and bidding, if any, shall proceed in increments of $10,000. The Trustee holds discretion in accepting or rejecting all overbids.
