The Trustee proposes to sell the Property to proposed buyer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 363(b)(1) and (f), free and clear of liens, interests, claims, and encumbrances, for a purchase price of $1,480,000. The property is being sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis without any warranties, express or implied, and without any contingencies. Potential purchasers seeking to submit an overbid must submit offers to counsel for the Trustee and Trustee no later than 2 days before the hearing on the Motion via email directed to Nancy Zamora (firstname.lastname@example.org), Jorge Gaitan (email@example.com), and David Seror (firstname.lastname@example.org) of intent to overbid no later than 2 days before the hearing on the Motion.
The initial Overbid is: $50,000; Subsequent Overbid Increments are: $10,000. To qualify, Overbidders must deposit: $45,000. The deposit must be remitted to the Trustee at or prior to the hearing, payment in the form of a cashier’s check only (no other form of payment shall be accepted) made payable to “Nancy Zamora, Chapter 7 Trustee”.
