All of the Trustee’s right, title and interest in the pre-petition lawsuit filed by Ford Motor Credit Company LLC against the Debtor in Orange County Superior Court, Case No. 30-2015-00823254-CL-CL-CJC, and the Debtor’s cross-complaint against Ford Motor Credit Company LLC therein.
- Debtor’s claim against his homeowners association (“HOA”) for attorney’s fees, and Debtor’s appeal from judgment in Los Angeles County Superior Court case no. BC562586–prospective bidders are urged to review the online Superior Court record and Bankruptcy Court record, and to contact the Trustee’s counsel for information and documents.
- Debtor’s claim for non-installed kitchen cabinets against Michael O’Neil, G. S. Design, G&S Mill Works, Inc.

- Debtor’s “Non-Proven Algorithm Lichello – Roshan Conjecture,” which, according to Debtor, can be used to implement an automatic stock market trading strategy that will result in substantial returns.

The Debtor proposes to sell the estate’s interest in the property to the proposed Buyers pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(b)(1) and (f) free and clear of liens, interests, claims, and encumbrances, with such liens, interests, claims, and encumbrances to attach to the sale proceeds with the same priority and rights of enforcement as previously existed. The proposed sale price is $425,000.00, subject to overbid pursuant to the Overbid Procedures set forth in the Sale Motion. Sale is on an “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” basis, without warranties or representations. Potential purchasers seeking to submit an overbid must contact counsel for the Debtor no later than 5:00 p.m. PT on September 24, 2018 pursuant to the Bid Procedures described in the Sale Motion. Initial overbid is $425,000.00, without any credits toward the buyer’s closing costs, and with subsequent overbids in increments of $5,000.00. To be qualified overbidders, potential overbidders must submit to the Debtor’s counsel a deposit of $12,750 in the form of a cashier’s check at or prior to the hearing on the Sale Motion.
