Michael G. D’Alba, Associate

Michael D’Alba primarily represents trustees and creditors in bankruptcy cases. His practice involves handling sales of bankruptcy estate assets and claims disputes as well as investigating and prosecuting avoidance actions and nondischargeability actions.  Michael’s practice has extended to representing Ponzi scheme receivers appointed by the federal district court and secured creditors in Chapter 11 cases.
