Sale Description

The Trustee proposes to sell the estate’s interest in the property to the proposed Buyer free and clear of all liens, claims, interests and encumbrances pursuant to sections 363(b), (f), and (m) of the United States Bankruptcy Code for a purchase price of $1,200,000. Buyer has given the Trustee a deposit of $36,900. Potential purchasers seeking to submit an overbid must submit offers to counsel to the Trustee no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) two calendar days prior to hearing, pursuant to the Sale procedures described in the Motion. Initial overbid is $1,250,000, subsequent overbid increments $5,000. To be qualified overbidders, potential overbidders must submit to the Trustee a deposit amount of $36,900 and proof of financial ability to close.
