Sale Description

The Trustee has not received any offers to purchase the Asset at this time.  The sale will be to the “highest and best all cash offer” received at the time of the sale; 25% of the successful bid amount to be deposited with Howard M. Ehrenberg, Chapter 7 Trustee, by cash or cashier’s check, only, at the conclusion of the Sale.  The balance of the amount must be paid by cash or cashier’s check within 48 hours or the successful bidders deposit is forfeited, and the Trustee is authorized to complete a sale to the next highest bidder.

The terms of the Sale require all cash (or cashier’s check as described above) and no financing contingency will be accepted.  The sale is strictly on an “as is” basis, without representation or warranty of any nature or type, express or implied, except for delivery of the Asset and marketable title of the Asset to the successful bidder.

The Sale will be held on April 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., in the Law Offices of SulmeyerKupetz, 333 South Hope Street, 35th Floor Los Angeles, California 90071.

The Trustee may, without further notice of any kind (except as orally announced at the Sale), reserve the right to reject any offers the Trustee in his sole discretion considers unacceptable for any reason, cancel the Sale, and continue the Sale from time to time and from place to place.
