Sale Description

The Trustee proposes to sell the estate’s interest in the property to the
proposed Buyer pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 363(b)(1) and (f) free and clear
of all claims, liens, interests and encumbrances, with such claims, liens,
interests and encumbrances for a purchase price of $4,300,000. The
property is being sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis without any
warranties, expressed or implied, and without any contingencies. Potential
purchasers seeking to submit an overbid must submit offers to counsel to
the Trustee no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on June 12, 2018
pursuant to the Sale procedures described in the Motion. Initial overbid is
$4,350,000, with subsequent overbids in minimum increments of $25,000.
To be qualified overbidders, potential overbidders must submit to the
Trustee a deposit amount of $179,000 in the form of a cashier’s check or
money order at or prior to the hearing on the Motion.
